Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development (and continuously review) whole of government people analytics platform that provides leadership with real-time data and insights related to key HC metrics across Abu Dhabi government.
  • Lead the development of analytics dashboards to provide real-time HR data for business leaders by collaborating with other departments.
  • Ensure proper collection and analysis of internal and external data sources to help departments identify relevant patterns and measure effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Manage people analytics governance, ensuring all projects are prioritized by business value and aligned with other analytics projects in the organization.
  • Lead the development and implementation of data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights.
  • Monitor and regularly upgrade the people analytics platform to address current and emerging business needs.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge on HR technology & HR digitization.
  • Proven working experience in developing HR analytics dashboards.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to address complex challenges.
  • Strong knowledge on progressive HR trends and practices
