Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee critical and strategic GHC projects to drive government workforce transformation and deliver positive outcomes
  • Provide technical expertise and advice to drive digital transformation for Human Capital functions across government entities through an integrated HR technology strategy, plans for digitalization of HR service delivery and development of scalable HR solutions to elevate HR effectiveness and talent outcomes
  • Engage actively with government entities to identify areas of improvement, elevate talent outcomes and productivity and enhance engagement
  • Influence decisions of key stakeholders to align and adopt talent strategies though the use of data-driven insights and evaluation of long-term organizational strategies and requirements
  • Serve as a coach for the GHC department, providing training and guidance to support the professional development and growth of the GHC team
  • Share perspectives from senior leaders and provide recommendations to enhance GHC policies and programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders to define and drive HC and digital strategies
  • Experience in large-scale workforce transformation
  • Deep technical knowledge across multiple HR disciplines which may include Workforce Strategy, Talent Management, Policy Development & Evaluation, Data & Technology, and Research & Analysis.
  • Proven working experience managing senior stakeholders
  • In depth knowledge of progressive HR trends and practices
