Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of future-focused whole of government talent strategies that take into consideration emerging talent and work trends shaping the talent ecosystem
  • Drive partnerships with stakeholders across government entities to design data-driven talent initiatives to attract, motivate, develop and retain high performing talent in the public sector
  • Oversee workforce transformation across government entities, identifying future capabilities, redesigning jobs and implementing capability building initiatives to transform service delivery and enhance productivity
  • Drive digital transformation for Human Capital functions across government entities through an integrated HR technology strategy, plans for digitalization of HR service delivery and development of scalable HR solutions to elevate HR effectiveness and talent outcomes
  • Lead the development of HC analytics and reporting practice in Human Capital functions across government entities and drive linkage of key HC data insights and metrics to support decision-making
  • Develop a continuous listening strategy across government entities to identify areas of improvement, elevate talent outcomes and productivity and enhance engagement
