Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and close HR requests from all Abu Dhabi government entities
  • Analyze nature of requests and provide recommendation on the appropriate course of action to resolve issues highlighted by government entities
  • Review recommendations report to seek approval on strategic and policy changes from relevant committee for approval
  • Manage the received government entities’ and / or internally-generated requests and ensure that clarifications are obtained – as necessary – in order to direct them to the concerned parties for input and feedback so that informed and timely decisions are taken.
  • Ensure adequate coordination is taking place with regard to seeking intra- and cross-sector review of and feedback on received requests so that they are studied from different perspectives; thus, taking into consideration alternative scenarios and impacts.
  • Provide support and clarifications to the government entities with regard to their case presentations in order for them to be well-prepared with justifications to answer any questions raised
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge on employment and labor laws and practices.
  • Proven working experience supporting and managing HR practices and policies.
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to address complex challenges.
  • Strong knowledge on progressive HR trends and practices
