Potential Movements
Key Accountabilities
  • Insure to strengthen relations between the Government Protocol Sector, senior officials of the Government of Abu Dhabi, government and federal entities and strategic partners
  • Manage the invitations of senior officials in the Government of Abu Dhabi for various events, and review Abu Dhabi events agenda to ensure readiness for collaboration.
  • Review the comprehensive plan for events to be supported by protocol team, prepare in coordination with the concerned entities, and invite Abu Dhabi Government's senior leadership to attend
  • Deliver Protocol's policies and guidelines, working on special projects assigned by line manager and raising development projects for the section
  • Insure that an updated data of all senior officials in Abu Dhabi that includes (their contact details, personal documents like passports and official pictures, etc)
  • Maintain and coordinate communication process between local and federal entities and strategic stakeholders in support of activities and manage the events' agenda and entities requests.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working with senior local and foreign stakeholders
  • Ability to handle complex special assignments and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience building partnerships and coalitions with foreign counterparts and representatives of international /multilateral organizations
  • Experience managing high profile events, with senior dignitaries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
