Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development of protocol policies and guidelines for official events / ceremonies, ensuring adherence to relevant conventions and standards
  • Establish protocol plans and resourcing required to execute official events / ceremonies
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and orchestrate events agenda, format, flow and structure
  • Oversee the delivery of protocol and logistic support to the Executive Council, its sub committees and Abu Dhabi government officials in events, meetings and other activities
  • Serve as an advisor for government entities, providing guidance and advice on best practices in implementing protocol practices
  • Lead service optimization and transformation to improve operational effectiveness and efficiencies
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working with senior local and foreign stakeholders
  • Ability to handle complex special assignments and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience building partnerships and coalitions with foreign counterparts and representatives of international /multilateral organizations
  • Experience managing high profile events, with senior dignitaries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
