Potential Movements
Key Accountabilities
  • Provide protocol support to members of the Executive Council and senior officials of the Government of Abu Dhabi in official, national and social events, etc
  • Provide protocol support to meetings of Executive Council, Executive Committee and its sub committees
  • Provide protocol support in field visits of the Chairman of the Executive Council, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council; and organize workshops and field visits of the committee members
  • Provide necessary support to Abu Dhabi government's senior officials in foreign delegations, events and official visits, and support visiting delegations to the Abu Dhabi government
  • Working on special projects assigned by line manager and raising development projects for the section, and prepare special reports about the presence of members of the Executive Committee and sub-committees in meetings
  • Provide support meetings of the Chairman of Abu Dhabi's Executive Office, The Secretary General and the Director General when needed
  • Preparing and rehearsals for events to ensure that the highest quality standards in protocol practices are applied.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Knowledge about working with senior local and foreign stakeholders
  • Ability to handle special assignments and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to manage high profile events, with senior dignitaries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
