Potential Movements
Key Accountabilities
  • Manage on providing protocol support to members of the Executive Council and senior officials of the Government of Abu Dhabi in official, national and social events, etc and distribute the work for the team
  • Manage the arrangement of protocol support to meetings of Executive Council, Executive Committee and its sub committees and distribute the work for the team
  • Manage the protocol support in field visits of the Chairman of the Executive Council, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council; and organize workshops and field visits of the committee members
  • Manage on providing necessary support to Abu Dhabi government's senior officials in foreign delegations, events and official visits, and support visiting delegations to the Abu Dhabi government
  • Working on special projects assigned by line manager and raising development proposals projects for the section, and review special reports about the presence of members of the Executive Committee and sub-committees in meetings.
  • Manage on providing support meetings of the Chairman of Abu Dhabi's Executive Office, The Secretary General and the Director General when needed
  • Oversee the preparation, rehearsals and appointing of events to ensure that the highest standards of quality in protocol practices are applied
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working with senior local and foreig stakeholders
  • Ability to handle complex special assignments and multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience building partnerships and coalitions with foreign counterparts and representatives of international /multilateral organizations
  • Experience managing high profile events, with senior dignitaries
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
