Key Accountabilities
  • Shape and lead the team’s design agenda by driving the development of innovative approaches, using design, data and digital tools to review and monitor the progress of the performance evaluation programs.
  • Engage actively with leaders with ADEO and related entities to influence and advice regarding the performance evaluation and management frameworks Design thinking.
  • Guide the team to develop frameworks that allows evaluation and management of the performance to review and monitor the progress of various programs across government entities in Abu Dhabi.
  • Work in multi-disciplinary teams to develop and conduct research on the digital tools and technologies to automate the dashboards and reports to make it user centric.
  • Provide expert advice to identify programs which are not progressing as planned and seek for support and validation from the government Operations Sector.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working as a Performance reporting and monitoring Advisor or Performance Strategies expert.
  • Significant exposure to Public sector performance management development and execution is an advantage.
