Key Accountabilities
  • Lead & Develop the communication strategy & execution plan in aligned to Chairman Office agenda to ensure effective management and dissemination of key communications messages to and by the Chairman in order to maximize the reach and influence across ADEO and with other entities
  • Partner with varied communication channel to identify the mix of communication channel that enable to reach target audience effectively.
  • Engage with stakeholders to collect data , information & analytics & translate it into effective communication message to address the specific requests received from citizens
  • Partner with relevant stakeholders to develop and prepare memos, materials, speeches, briefings, reports, and other documents that enable the Chairman to effectively manage communications and address diverse audiences as well as shape the intended impact.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Communication and technology software
  • Proven working experience in Management and Communication with a successful track-record providing administrative Support to leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and confidential and sensitive information with high level of discretion, integrity and diplomacy as well as accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder management and business partnering
  • Strong project management skills
