Key Accountabilities
  • Plan & oversee the logistics & security managemnt in aligned to Chairman Office agenda to ensure effective management set agenda
  • Partner with Logistics & security partners & channel to identify the mix of option that enable to lead to effective management of protocol.
  • Engage with stakeholders to details & translate during planning & act as advisor on the logistics & security challenge & option available at chairman's office or other entities as desired.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Protocol and technology software
  • Proven working experience in Management and protocol with a successful track-record providing administrative Support to leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and confidential and sensitive information with high level of discretion, integrity and diplomacy as well as accuracy, and timeliness.
  • Stakeholder management and business partnering
  • Strong project management skills
