Key Accountabilities
  • Support development of leadership and talent capabilities frameworks for diverse groups of talent aligned with ADEO’s strategic objectives
  • Support the identification of future workforce capabilities to deliver ADEO long-term strategies
  • Provide career planning and counselling advice to guide employees in growing their careers within and across departments in ADEO
  • Analyze succession profiles as well as talent capabilities, preferences and aspirations as well as organization needs to identify and select suitable talent for key positions
  • Support the implementation of reskilling and upskilling programmes to equip the workforce with
  • Design personalized learning journeys and support the curation of bite-sized learning content
  • Conduct training workshops to guide managers in adopting leadership and talent capabilities framework to manage succession and leadership development
  • Adopt a data-drive approach to gather insights and make recommendations to enhance effectiveness of talent development programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in implementing effective leadership and talent development programs
  • Corporate training experience and working with senior management
  • Exposure to learning technologies and needs assessment processes
  • Knowledge of different learning styles
