  • Support research to identify emerging HC trends and practices that align with the organizational strategies and requirements
  • Assist in the development of HC strategy implementation roadmap and recommend initiatives and timelines
  • Track and report the progress and performance of key strategic HR initiatives, providing periodic updates as required
  • Support research to identify emerging HC trends and practices that align with the organizational strategies and requirements
