Key Accountabilities
  • Support in the development of the service policies to outline the service measurement requirements for Abu Dhabi Government entities.
  • Analyze the service delivery standards as well quality metrics and key performance indicators for all the government channels.
  • Assess service-related policies and government initiatives to ensure the service standards are adhered and the service performance is improving.
  • Maintain and update the service policies to ensure the performance is improving across all government entities.
  • Research on new innovative service technologies and provide recommendation on appropriate technology to shape customer behavior and foster service agility.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven experience in working with the large organization.
  • Experience in maintaining quality and standards for the government services.
  • Experience in supporting the development of the policies in the government entities is preferred.
  • Experience in participating in the government initiatives.
