Key Accountabilities
  • Develop service delivery policies and oversee the implementation and roll-out of the policies across all Abu Dhabi government agencies to outline the service delivery standards requirements and drive the communication plans to increase the adoption of the service standardization policies.
  • Lead service assessments to monitor and measure the levels of service quality and adherence to the service delivery standards across government agencies and monitor improvement action plans.
  • Overseeing the service-related policies and government initiatives to adhere to the service delivery standard and improve performance.
  • Develop and define the service delivery standards for service quality metrics and key performance indicators to enhance the outcome of the policies and procedures.
  • Recommend the suitable service delivery standards that can be adhered for all government entities in Abu Dhabi.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a successful track-record.
  • Experience in large-scale service transformation
  • Comfort with technology evaluation and implementation.
  • Experience in developing public service policies and initiatives.
  • Experience leading teams of highly skilled experts, scientists and consultants
