Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in developing (and continuously reviewing) whole of government people analytics platform that provides leadership with real-time data and insights related to key HC metrics across Abu Dhabi government
  • Assist in developing analytics dashboards to provide real-time HR data for business leaders by collaborating with other departments
  • Assist in collecting and analyzing internal and external data sources to help departments identify relevant patterns and measure effectiveness of initiatives
  • Assist in developing people analytics governance, ensuring all projects are prioritized by business value and aligned with other analytics projects in the organization.
  • Assist in developing and implementing data analyses, visualizations, and predictive analytics to provide people trends and insights
  • Assist in monitoring and regularly upgrading the people analytics platform to address current and emerging business needs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working in projects related to HR technology, HR digitization, and HR analytics dashboards
  • Experience partnering with senior stakeholders to address complex challenges
  • Strong knowledge on progressive HR trends and practices
