Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare and distribute the requested correspondence within the time frame for effective communication to the respondent.
  • Follow and adhere to correspondence protocols and guidelines of ADEO , keeping records of communications in accordance with defined protocol & procedure.
  • Handle highly complex and / or sensitive documents with confidentiality and required security
  • Promptly report unresolved requests / issues in line with the established protocols and procedures
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in managing correspondence across government entity /large non government entity
  • Experience in coordinating and negotiating with colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
