Key Accountabilities
  • Oversee that the requested correspondence is prepared and distributed according to protocols and requirements
  • Receive and review correspondence from various government entities, assign entity requests within the pipeline, and coordinate with operational team in ADEO sectors for follow up and reporting
  • Track and close off actioned items, and ensure all pending items are justified and expedited
  • Create intelligent reporting for leadership to provide a view of the current pipeline of the entity requests, follow up and track ad-hoc requests that are important to the leaders
  • Perform intelligent report and business intelligence analytics and ad-hoc request follow up to ensure they are responded to within the defined service level agreement
  • Develop correspondence protocols and guidelines to ensure effective capturing and keeping records of communications.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in managing correspondence of varying levels, across government entities.
  • Experience with senior level engagements / stakeholder management both internally and with government entities
