Key Accountabilities
  • Set the direction and define the objectives, critical projects and service delivery under for Facilities & Operations Management to meet ADEO’s current and future needs for the workplace.
  • Define ADEO’s workplace strategy, detailing employee journeys, physical workspace, wellbeing, digital capabilities and drives use of workplace analytics, ensuring effective and continuous employee engagement within a healthy, supportive and motivating environment
  • Anticipate the impact of digitalization and other technological trends, ideating constructive strategies and integrating new technologies to ensure ADEO’s workplace stays effective, secured and future fit.
  • Define service-level agreement (SLA) across delivery of all services and drive customer excellence; monitor adherence through intelligent reporting and identify areas of improvement
  • Provide oversight and advice on major incidents and accidents reported in the facilities, and lead resolution discussion with key stakeholders when necessary to address the issues and highlight key learning points to prevent future recurrence
  • Develop partnerships with third party vendors to support facilities management and operations service deliveries and establish SLAs with the identified vendors
  • Establish governance framework, policies and processes on Workplace Health, Safety and Security for ADEO to ensure accountabilities and compliance
  • Oversee facilities operations and correspondence activities, including approving and advising on logistics support activities as well as monitoring SLAs of correspondence
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in leading a team of Facilities & Operations Management professionals of varying levels, includes establishing directions and goals for the department
  • Experience in leading successful implementation of workplace and work experience transformation initiatives
  • Broad understanding of Workplace Health, Safety and Security regulatory requirements
  • Broad technical expertise in the facilities management and operations with strong data orientation to challenge, influence and advise on related decisions
  • Experience with senior level engagements / stakeholder management both internally and with government entities
