Key Accountabilities
  • Implement the latest digital technologies and smart automation into facility operations and maintenance to optimize performance
  • Improve facilities management through developing integrated systems, processes and technologies
  • Report data related to workplace incidents and accidents using analyses and investigation techniques and analyze results against global standards
  • Improve recovery processes upon resolution of incidents and, properly document and close resolved incidents.
  • Maintain inventory projections to mitigate gaps in inventory and escalate procurement requests when operations continuity is at risk
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience with automation and digital technologies in facility management field
  • Experience in developing processes with the latest technology in facilities management
  • Practiced investigations, incident resolution and incidents recovery
  • Experience on managing inventory and mitigating gaps
  • Experience in Environment and social, governance integration is a plus
