Key Accountabilities
  • Develop and Implement the latest digital technologies and smart automation and gear ADEO towards digitalization and integrated digital delivery (IDD) for the Facility management
  • Develop integrated systems, processes, technologies and personnel to improve facilities management
  • Investigate workplace incidents and accidents based on latest analyses and investigation techniques and evaluate results against global standards
  • Facilitate recovery upon resolution of incidents and, properly document and close resolved incidents.
  • Incorporate relevant ESG framework into department strategy and develop policies as well as processes to achieve the identified ESG objectives
  • Formulate and implement Facility inventory management strategies, identify and manage inventory projections to mitigate gaps in inventory
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In depth experience with automation and digital technologies in facility management field
  • Experience in managing a team
  • Experience in developing processes and up-to-date with the latest technology in facilities management
  • Experience in investigations, incident resolution and incidents recovery
  • In depth experience in managing inventory and mitigating gaps
