Key Accountabilities
  • Develop & Execute the strategy for workplace & workplace experience journey for various employee profile and define the plan for the entire workplace ecosystem
  • Define implementation plans for technology and workplace experience solutions through collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders and external SMEs / vendors
  • Define and maintain policies; define key metrics, and principles for workplace experience and sustainable operations.
  • Drive organization and digital transformation strategies that impact and enhance organizational effectiveness and performance
  • Lead programs that translate ADEO values to create a differentiated talent value proposition, attracting and retaining top talent
