Key Accountabilities
- Conduct digital governance reviews and risk and control assessments for digital solutions and transformation initiatives in accordance with the digital governance implementation roadmap and identify areas of non-compliance to IT standards and potential IT risks.
- Document, maintain and augment information security and data governance standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure governance mechanisms remain effective and adhere to internal standards and policies and regulatory requirements and guidelines.
- Gather and document evidence to identify digital governance gaps and / or root causes of areas of non-compliance and develop comprehensive reports inclusive of recommendations for risk mitigation actions and / or resolutions.
- Conduct research on developing technological landscape and regulations and analyze its impact on the organization’s existing digital governance controls and information security related policies.
- Develop communication and presentation materials to raise awareness of changes and updates to digital governance policies or procedures with impacted stakeholders.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Working knowledge in Enterprise IT Governance including IT risk management and controls.
- Experience in the identification, evaluation and documentation of process flows, risks and controls.
- CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC, and / or CGEIT certifications are an added advantage
