Key Accountabilities
  • Support the development of ADEO’s Digital Services & Solutions strategy and translate it into a transformation blueprint encompassing short- and long-term enterprise-wide transformation programs and projects with anticipated Returns on Investment (ROI).
  • Design ADEO’s enterprise architecture leveraging latest technologies to enable organizational and workforce performance, and partner with Digital Services & Solutions leaders to ensure integration across existing and planned infrastructure and technology solutions.
  • Build strategic partnerships with ADEO’s leaders, vendors and external SMEs to understand ADEO’s requirements, evaluate new technology solutions and gain their buy-in on the transformation blueprint and projects to optimize organization-wide efficiency, productivity and growth.
  • Lead large-scale programs and projects and establish governance of transformation programs and initiatives, including defining performance measures such as end-user experience, vendors performance, to ensure alignment with operational and strategic objectives.
  • Establish digital governance policies and oversee the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and governance mechanisms, to foster a culture of compliance to ADEO’s standards and external regulations.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in project management, including organization wide IT-related transformative projects within government / government-related entities.
  • Proficient with large-scale project management and implementation, inclusive of financial planning and management.
  • Strong experience in collaborating and influencing internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including technology vendor management and contract negotiations.
  • Managerial experience in leading mid-senior technical staff.
