Key Accountabilities
  • Define ADEO’s vision and strategy for Digital Services & Solutions department; and define the roadmap for future of the department.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to ADEO’s Executive Committee to provide technical leadership in identifying, assessing and managing technological needs within the organization; guide the development of a business case for technology investments and define the objectives for various digital transformation projects.
  • Anticipate the impact of digitalization and other technological advancements on the organization and its processes, and develop strategic direction for Digital Services and Solutions in alignment with ADEO’s objectives.
  • Establish organization-wide IT policies, operating procedures and governance framework to ensure consistent and effective use of ADEO’s technologies; and oversee the development and enforcement of digital security strategies, protocols and plans to enhance the resilience of ADEO’s digital ecosystem.
  • Oversee the integration of all technological solutions to ensure smooth and efficient flow of information and processes within the organization whilst maximizing its return of investment.
  • Build strategic partnerships and alliances with key stakeholders and vendors to leverage external infrastructure and technology expertise.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience as a visionary technology leader who has established organization-wide strategic plans and overseen successful implementation of enterprise-wide IT systems and transformation projects.
  • Broad technical expertise with strong business and commercial acumen to challenge, translate and drive decisions across the organization.
  • Exceptional communication skills to influence and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across all levels and across different sectors, particularly senior and influential stakeholders.
  • Extensive leadership and managerial experience leading multiple teams (including technical staff).
