Key Accountabilities
  • Lead in establishing and maintaining strong strategic relationships with relevant stakeholders that will have a role in achieving topics on the Director General’s Agenda and planned future strategy.
  • Analyzing reports and improving them to ensure accurate and effective findings to be presented to the director general leading to more data driven decision making.
  • Provide advisory support when working with stakeholders to develop and prepare background documents, presentation materials, and other materials for quality assurance to be presented to the director general which will lead to better understanding of roles between ADEO and relevant stakeholders.
  • Establish a consistent framework for preparing reports prior to Director General meetings to ensure all vital points are addressed to be communicated effectively to various audiences .
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a track-record in strategic level planning and reporting for executive management level
  • Extensive knowledge in effective and longterm stake holder management
