Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the coordination of Director general agenda and meeting preparation to ensure optimal time utilization and successful meeting outcomes between Director General and relevant stakeholders.
  • Provide support in ADEO management committee secretarial function or meetings chaired by the DG to ensure capturing necessary information that will aid Director general in making effective decisions.
  • Oversee the coordination with relevant parties that will work with the director general to manage proper representation of the Director General in formal and informal events to meet the highest standards.
  • Engage in providing rapid responses to time critical issues and provide live pulse on ADEO- specific matters to DG to aid in maintaining a stable and effective work place environment.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience with managing executive management agenda and schedule
  • Proven work experience in developing effective reporting methodologies
  • Experience in effective communication with different stakeholders
