Key Accountabilities
  • Manage the operational activity of the Chairman’s schedule to achieve optimal time utilization, preparedness in meetings, and having close oversight on key priorities .
  • Provide support in planning & execution of adminstrative activity such as agenda setting, recording directions and meeting discussions, and leading administrative and operational tasks related to the Chairman office
  • Analyze the criticality of operational issue and develop strategically smart solution for the management of Chairman office within the satandards & protocol.
  • Identify the scope of automation in operational activity and recommend technology automation solutions to enhance the operational excellence experience of stakeholder within Chairman's Office
  • Develop , Record & Manage the coaching session in Chairman's office to support in the development of team member within Chairman;s Office .
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • In-depth knowledge and understanding of Operation work and technology software
  • Proven working experience in Management with a successful track-record providing administrative Support to leadership.
  • Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and confidential and sensitive information with high level of discretion, integrity and diplomacy as well as accuracy, and timeliness.
