Key Accountabilities
- Conduct an analysis of the critical and sensitive resolutions in accordance with regulatory compliance and best practices and highlight any deviation to reconsider by respective stakeholder
- Support government entities and other related parties in reviewing and researching law practices (including tools and methodologies) to set legalistive framework for drafting the documentation in align to the strategic objective of ADEO's
- Conduct research on specific topics and review policies and decisions to make sure they are supportive of key priorities and intended outcomes
- Assist in drafting legal documents (e.g., minutes of meetings, formal letters, executive summaries, documents of directives, etc.) and ensure they are drafted in accordance with the laws in effect and internal standards.
