Key Accountabilities
  • Support in developing the Protocol & Communication strategy & execution plan in aligned to Chairman Office agenda to ensure effective management and dissemination of key communications messages to and by the Chairman in order to maximize the reach and influence across ADEO and with other entities
  • Research over the strategic partner within communication , logistic & security to provide the combination option available that can enable to reach target audience effectively.
  • Partner with stakeholders in designing the communication & protocol action plan based on the specific request raised by the citizen to address the matter effectively .
  • Serve as a coach in Protocol and Communication Section, providing guidance to support the professional development and growth of the team
  • Share perspectives from senior leaders and provide recommendations and advise to enhance Protocol and Communication Programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience working as Advisor in Protocol and communication
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a successful track-record providing strategic advisory to leadership, government entities, and relevant parties.
  • In-depth knowledge of public agency governance procedures and regulatory best practices.
  • Proven working experience managing senior stakeholders.
