Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct due diligence & analysis using strategically tools to proactively identify the progress and hinderance to execution of Protocol & communication to promote Chairman Office Agenda.
  • Prepare progress reports on the program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to stakeholders of Chairman' Office as required to ensure the performance of plan as per parameter .
  • Investigate performance variance of proposed tool consistency and integrity and assist in providing technically sound solutions to address the interpretation challenges and monitor performance effectiveness
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established communication initiatives through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions
  • Provide analytical support, if necessary, to facilitate solutioning process when addressing specific issue raised by citizen
  • Prepare documents such as protocols, manuals, manuscripts and presentation materials necessary to deliver objective of the department
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Understand the processes for data acquisition, management, use and application with public relation & media management office in Government / large size Non-government entities.
  • Strong statistical knowledge and programming skills using related tools
  • Expert in computational tools and systems for project management
  • Understand applicable laws, rules, policies regarding security, privacy, and management of confidential data..
  • Knowledge in Behavioral science application
