Potential Movements
Key Accountabilities
  • Conduct research on business needs and technical requirements to identify HC processes that can be enhanced and / or automated to elevate HC service delivery
  • Analyze current HR systems using talent data & reporting analytics to develop insights on efficiency and areas of improvement based on strategic and talent needs
  • Assess technical requirements for HR systems and provide support in building a strategic case for technological investments and implementation to enable HC digital transformation
  • Research new HR technology systems with reference to ADEO’s Human Capital requirements and provide recommendations on appropriate systems alternatives and/or enhancements
  • Participate actively in development and implementation of communications and change management initiatives for digital transformations to increase awareness and adoption of HR technology implementation and roll-out across the organization
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Knowledge and understanding of HR technology software
  • Proven working experience in supporting HR technology adoption for large organizations
  • Experience in data and talent analytics
