Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the development and implementation of future-focused talent strategies, positioning ADEO as a talent magnet and incubator of talent for the Abu Dhabi Government
  • Partner with leaders to reimagine the future of work and identify future capabilities and jobs to support the long-term objectives and aspirations of ADEO
  • Serve as a coach for leaders, providing data and insight-driven talent advisory to resolve challenges and establish robust talent management for long-term organization success
  • Oversee workforce transformations to futureproof ADEO and ADG, ensuring that the workforce is equipped with enhanced capabilities needed to deliver today and mitigate future risks and challenges
  • Drive the adoption of new and emerging talent practices and technologies to elevate talent service delivery and transform talent experiences across touchpoints
  • Instil a strong culture aligned with ADEO’s values, aspirations and strategies to foster a strong sense of purpose and nurture a high-performing organization
Preferred Experience And Exposure
