Key Accountabilities
- Lead strategic planning and formulation for Revenue Optimization and Alternate Investments , while supporting government entities in developing strategies and / or identifying targeted interventions to support decision-making and ensure strategic alignment.
- Keep abreast and analyze the alternate forms of public financing and investments to optimize Abu Dhabi and National financial position, reserves and wealth.
- Provide advisory support in the development of the government finance strategy by combining insights from revenue generation activities, budgeting, and financial efficiency.
- Establish a consistent framework for evaluating portfolio of alternate Investment initiatives in relation to its value and contribution to their respective strategic objectives.
- Establish and manage the overall strategic risk management initiatives for the revenue optimization and Alternate Investments.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Significant experience in Revenue Optimization and Alternate forms of Investments in Government or Government related entities.
- Understanding of the overall economy outlook and development of Abu Dhabi as well as its non-oil revenue sources.
- Excellent oral and written communication and inter-personal skills
