Key Accountabilities
- Conduct the assessment of current and past financial performance with special reference to the fiscal policies implemented and their relative success.
- Apply the deep understanding of the financial policies and review the financial efficiency by evaluating the financial outcomes against the capital allocation.
- Collaborate with the government sector and/or entities to analyze and develop recommendations on getting the best returns on investments..
- Implement the design and development of the fiscal policy principles and framework based on the overall Abu Dhabi Vision and Aspirations.
- Evaluate the tax systems periodically to ensure they are supportive of the jurisdiction’s goals, appropriate for new business models and capable of generating appropriate revenues.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Prior experience with the large organization in developing the fiscal policies.
- Experience in evaluating the financial efficiency.
- Understanding of the Capital Allocation is an advantage.
- Experience in performing financial and budgeting functions.
- Understands tax policy and systems of Abu Dhabi
