Key Accountabilities
  • Prepare and distribute project plans and documents, inclusive of project scope, project timelines, allocated budgets, duties of team members and project goals to relevant stakeholders.
  • Coordinate project schedules and execute project activities according to project plans to ensure deliverables are according to agreed scope of work and projects remain on track.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to manage all incoming and outgoing project documentation and ensure that all scope changes and issues are documented in a systematic manner.
  • Monitor third-party vendors and service providers against their respective contracts, project plans and defined success criteria / key performance measures to ensure that they are providing reliable and flexible solutions and maintaining cost controls that are consistent with strategic plans and project objectives.
  • Analyze project progress against plans and prepare project status reports and project performance dashboards to highlight project successes, setbacks encountered and potential risks that may affect project implementation or other interdependent digital initiatives.
  • Conduct research into leading project management practices and recommend elements to be adopted to improve current project management tools, processes and reporting standards.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in supporting the delivery of organization-wide IT-related transformative projects.
  • Proficient working knowledge of project management tools, processes, framework and reporting standards.
