Key Accountabilities
  • Collaborates with and provides assistance to the Special project leadership team on an as-needed basis. Supports the Director , special project in holding the Special project leadership team members accountable to timelines and commitments.
  • Coordinate with dedicated entity to raise awareness of the special project to promote trust and acceptance, by advocating its goals through the relevant communication medias, as well as through the development of educational and promotional material that keeps the stakeholder involved and updated ,
  • Monitor day to day project operation execution by allocating resource to implement special projects line with the timeline and budgets
  • Assist knowledge incubators in designing the development and implementation of technical training if any required for the execution of special projects & initiatives
  • Evaluate project progress & highlight deviation , if any from timeline, budget , legislative & ethical framework in project execution to Manager , strategic project management & implementation.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience in project management with understanding of applicable policies and processes for Government / Government-related entities.
  • Knowledge in project management processes which includes initiation, planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Experience in resource planning , allocation & monitoring
