Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain Director General Office agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, conferences etc. including necessary arrangement for Director Office to ensure that all stakeholder are available and meeting proceed as per the meeting agenda .
  • Prepare & Record meeting agendas and minutes that accurately reflect any actions plan , including reports and studies prepared by stakeholder ,correspondence and recommendation for Director General to act upon
  • Manage effectively stakeholder to ensure confidentiality is maintain on sensitive matter throughout the action plan
  • Create on time Follow up plan with respective stakeholder as per meeting minutes and communicate to the respective stakeholders on the status update.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven working experience in Government and / or Government related entities with a track-record in correspondence & Follow up
  • Extensive knowledge in effective and longterm stake holder management
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • Experience in collecting critical information for drafting communication.
