Key Accountabilities
  • Lead the strategic plans to support procedures for following up on the implementation of the resolutions issued by the Executive Council , Executive Committee and by developing follow up policies and using technology to update decision-maker on status of resolution implementations to ensure all resolutions and directions are executed effectively.
  • Provide all necessary sources of information to support the decision making process by the committees leading to faster and informative decisions.
  • Assess available technology to implement best technological tools that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the follow up process and follow up reports to provide accurate and accessible information that will serve concerned stakeholders in responding faster to directives.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Experience with managing senior level management and committees
  • In-depth knowledge in developing follow up policies
  • Comfort with technology evaluation and implementation
  • Proven work experience in following up on management decisions
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills at all level .
