Key Accountabilities
  • Maintain spreadsheet & record keeping as per the standards for future reference of the members of Chairman office
  • Assist internal stakeholder in driving initiatives of Chairman office by coordinating with internal & external entities and departments to make necessary arrangement for smooth operation of initiative.
  • Conduct day to day operational activity as advice , ensuring effectiveness, high quality standards and compliance with ethical policies and guidelines
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholder to organize meeting , discussion & brainstorming session . Record the meeting points for future reference.
  • Support in collecting & capturing data as per the standard & guidelines for analysis and presentation.
