Key Accountabilities
  • Manage and execute organizational effectiveness projects related to operating model, organization structure, processes, and policies
  • Develop and implement change management strategy and communication plans for key organizational effectiveness and development projects
  • Conduct periodic diagnosis and proactively identify areas requiring organizational effectiveness and development interventions
  • Develop and implement governance framework to ensure organization-wide policies, procedures and standards are adhered to for quality assurance
  • Design, implement, re-engineer, and review ADEO processes as well as develop business continuity plans
  • Develop and implement Quality Management System (QMS) documents such as internal policies, manuals, process descriptions, procedures, etc., across ADEO’s departments and ensure alignment to the QMS and institutional business processes
  • Develop ADEO excellence programs and initiatives as well as promote participation in local and international award programs
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Knowledge and understanding of organizational effectiveness and change management, including experience in improving operating model, organization structure, and corporate governance
  • Experience working in organizational excellence, organizational processes, and quality management
