Key Accountabilities
  • Coordinate with stakeholders of Administrative & Archiving l Office to schedule , communicate & organizing the necessary arrangement to support the respective authority in managing their meetings & agenda effectively.
  • Prepare progress reports on the program / initiatives and provide executive summaries to authorities of Administrative & Archiving office and any of the members whenever requested.
  • Monitor and evaluate effectiveness of the established data management processes through regular quality control inspections of the process and output, identify issues and propose corrective actions
  • Provide analytical and programming support, if necessary, to facilitate solutioning process when addressing issues raised by the entities or working groups
