Key Accountabilities
  • Assist in administrative activity within Administrative & Archive unit , such as writing and editing e-mails, drafting memos, and preparing communications on the Director’s behalf and proofread it before submitting for the final signatory.
  • Maintain the comprehensive and accurate records and identify the most effective way of managing the diverse record to be available on time as requested ensuring all data and emails are managed as per protocol & guidelines
  • Organize meetings, including scheduling, sending reminders, and organizing catering when necessary as requested by the Director or any other stakeholder within Administrative & Archive entity.
  • Manage the director’s calendar, including making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters by understanding the stakeholder needs & communicating to relevant stakeholder for effective time management & optimum performance of Administrative & Archive entity.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or similar role
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars and copy machines)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
