Key Accountabilities
  • Copy, scan and store documents in physical and digital records; ensuring that they are stored according to stipulated documentation guidelines and policies.
  • Check documentation accuracy against prescribed templates and guidelines and update technical documents as directed.
  • Prepare reports on projects as needed and distribute them to relevant parties; maintaining confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
  • Manage and fulfill document retrieval requests from internal and external stakeholders by reviewing requests, logging the respective requests in a database system and providing the requested materials efficiently and through the proper channels.
  • Actively maintain the document control register and identify opportunities for enhancement and resolve any errors or complications to avoid confusion and improve document traceability.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Has working knowledge of capital project phases and basic methods of archiving and document administration.
  • Has exposure to document management software and web-based tools (To be determined by ADEO).
