Key Accountabilities
- Promote the Security, Safety & Justice sector best in practice methodologies, protocols , policy and processes within public entity to ensure the highest-quality outcomes, including evaluation of effectiveness of new methods, techniques and protocols to ensure that post execution results are aligned as expected outcome of the vision and strategies for Abu Dhabi’s Security, Safety & Justice
- Support in execution of Security, Safety & Justice strategies, ensuring adoption of best practices within the Security, Safety & Justice sector by supporting in accurate interpretation of policy , procedure & methodology by process execution owner and execution champions within the entities.
- Highlight the issues related to ethical and policy implications of Security, Safety & Justice sector , leveraging appropriate methodology as well as best practices in the industry to accelerate the achievement of the Security, Safety & Justice sector’s plan , initiative & outcomes .
- Support in facilitating post execution policy & initiative studies ,provide input for evaluation on methodology for the Program and other decisions requiring technical insights
- Develop reports related to accomplishments and progress in the policy and procedure application within Security, Safety & Justice sector , findings and present them to the key stakeholder as necessary, highlighting risks and proposing mitigation plans
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Demonstrated expertise in Security, Safety & Justice research methodologies, protocols and techniques
- Understand Security, Safety & Justice policy , methodology and its application
- Strong communication skills in presenting research findings to audience of all levels and backgrounds
- Experience in managing stakeholders of varying profiles and levels in the Security, Safety & Justice communities
- Knowledge of technological advancement in the field of Security, Safety & Justice Sector
