Key Accountabilities
- Support in review all Legislation to assist in guiding key decision-making processes to ensure that they are in align to regulatory conformance and best-in-class practice.
- Conduct research of law practices (including methodologies and tools) and solutions that will support government entities and related parties
- Maintain and update all legislation manuals and documents regularly to reflect changes in policies and procedures for ready refrtence by executive council .
- Analyze and research the market proactively to highlight emerging legal practices & policies to support in decision making of the executive council
- Assist in evaluate all legal practices about government entities and related parties, including methodologies, tools, and solutions to propose any update or change in legislative , policies & framework .
