Key Accountabilities
- Support in developing & execution of the procurement strategy across the ADEO’ s entity to ensure that procurement of material is as per protocol and guidelines .
- Identify the scope of procurement process improvement & execute plan to enhance the customer service experience within the ADEO’s entity.
- Research & advice on best practices , procurement governance framework, policies and processes that will serve as guideline for stakeholders to adhere to, including manuals with clear workflow
- Assist in Incorporate ESG framework into department strategy, assess policies and processes help to achieve the identified ESG objectives as well as to assist to define clear guidelines for relevant stakeholders to support the implementation
- Oversee the day-to-day operations and achievement of key metrics of the procurement through data analytics and highlight the deviation if any for corrective action
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Experience in Procurement within government / large non- government entity
- Recognized degree in Procurement
- Excellence in data management , stakeholder management & Technology understanding
- Excellent written & oral communication
