Key Accountabilities
- Participate actively in the development and implementation of Excellence Award programs initiatives for the Abu Dhabi Government entities to improve the performance and motivate and inspire the government employees in Abu Dhabi region.
- Conduct research on Abu Dhabi performance strategies to identify the programs and awards that can be enhanced to motivate and inspire the government sector employees to give their best at work.
- Research new awards that can increase the morale of the employees working in the government entities in Abu Dhabi.
- Assess needs and expectations of the Abu Dhabi government employees by conducting research to meet the requirements.
- Analyze current excellence and other internal award programs and provide inputs for improving the current programs and priorities to tailor the needs of the government entities.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Proven experience in working with the large organization.
- Experience in supporting large-scale transformation program is an advantage.
- Experience in supporting the development and implementation of the award programs is an advantage.
- Experience supporting the design and evaluation process of the Award programs.
