Key Accountabilities
- KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Conduct research on the innovation and ideas to design the policies and support the development of the feasible implementation solutions.
- Propose and formulate the key policies in the Emirate that are in line with the overall strategic directions .
- Assess the polices that are linked to Abu Dhabi aspirations and key strategies.
- Research new policy solutions with reference to ADEO requirements in collaboration with the pool of experts from each sector to become a Centre of excellence for the policy development.
Preferred Experience And Exposure
- Prior experience working with the government or government related entities in supporting the policy implementation.
- Experience in communications and change management initiatives.
- Experience in supporting the public policy design and evaluation
