Key Accountabilities
  • Analyze the benchmarking of new methods, protocols or tools by technical assessment on new advancements in genomics, and recommendation based on data analysis to other team members
  • Research support work, such as preparing literature reviews, creating graphical representations of data, summarizing analyses results and documentation of communication / presentation (e.g., summary of findings)
  • Collate and summarize research findings from the research centers / laboratories involved in the Program for analysis and presentation
  • Support various stakeholder of institutions, working groups or entities for follow up on progress related to research, data interpretation and application or related matters by developing a systematic follow-up plan with the respective groups
  • Review status reports and relevant documentation to keep track of all the genomic research programs and activities within the Genome Program, ensuring their continued high quality and relevance to the overall goals.
  • Prepare reports, memos, proposals or materials required to communicate and deliver the section’s objectives
  • Provide technical support and input to the Strategic Program Management section team members to aid understanding on technical related matters or information and contribute towards efficiency in the department
Preferred Experience And Exposure
  • Broad domain knowledge in genomic data analysis and functional genomics.
  • Understand population / statistical genetics and large-scale genomic data sequencing
  • Understand basic genomic research and analysis principles
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Able to Engage & coordinated with stakeholders at various level and deliver result on time.
